About Andrew From TrainThoseAbs.Info
Hi Friends,
I have been battling with my weight since I hit my 21 year old birthday. After 10 years, things have finally started looking up. Losing weight makes a person feel younger, more confident (especially in swimming pools) and definitely less health problems (i had high blood pressure previously).
In my youth, I was hyper-active. I was a footballer, badminton player, bowler and used to participate in 100m sprints as well. And during my army time, which incidentally sculpted me to be at my fittest for the first 6 months, I began to face weight problems as I leave the army.
The love of deliciously sinful food, like my favourite fried chicken, BBQ pork ribs and plenty of french fries contributed to my weight.
How many of you started gaining weight while studying or working?
Do you eat more and have the urge to get some super-unhealthy-super-fried-food?
I am one of those. For some people, the more stress, the more they tend to eat less. I am quite the opposite.
During my first job after graduation, it was highly stressful. And the more stress it gets, the urge will start to build inside me to get some sinful fried chicken and MacDonald’s meals. The stress level does go down temporary after finishing the food but sadly my weight starts to balloon as well.
And from a size 29 waist-line pants, it soon ballooned to size 35. (Anyone in the same situation?)
Soon, friends start calling you names, and old-friends who barely see you gets a shock! Imagine having a fitness image 10 years ago, and 10 years later, the image becomes totally distorted from their memory.
Finally, I got fed-up. And I did the usual things. Diet plans, exercise plans, and there was one period of time, I even considered going for some slimming centres.
I could carried all these diet plans for about a month, then stop everything and start all over again.
I am not sure if anyone has realized this yet, each time you stop a diet, over time, did you realize you gain even more pounds than before you started the diet?
I failed in 3 attempts and each time, the double chin under my face keeps flabbier than the last time.
Finally, in this fourth attempt, in a bid to lose weight, I am determined to keep maintaining this attempt and with this website, I can keep my commitment to continue losing those love handles, and building that six pack abs.
Roping in some fitness fanatics friends, we will each contribute plenty of exercise tips, tricks and diet plans to help everyone, including ourselves to lose those weight successfully and forever maintain that figure.
So for the year 2008, join me in saying NO! to buying large size pants, no more fat nick names, and finally feel confident in front of the mirrors, especially in front of the cameras.
Regards,
Andrew from http://www.trainthoseabs.info
