1) Consume Sufficient of Water: You want to Drink half your body weight in water. I mean in ounces not pounds, lets get that clear. For example if you weigh 150 pounds then you want to Drink around 75 ounces a day.Sounds like a lot but it is not and it becomes easier and easier to Consume. There are quite a few amount of reasons why you should Drink water. A few reasons: It gives you better hair,better skin, more natural energy and you will be able to burn fat faster. Just think of a dehydrated piece of fruit or plant and imagine that is what your insides start to look like from not Drinking enough water. So with that said Consume Water!
2.) Eat Every 3-4 Hours: You must eat every 3 to 4 hours. So many people eat every 6-7 hours and eat a large quantity of food. The reason I say this is because this alone will speed up your metabolism. When you do not eat for certain amount of time, your body goes through what they call “starvation mode.” This is when you do not eat and your body will hold on to your next meal and store it as fat instead of releasing it as energy because it does not know when it will be fed again. So as long as you eat every 3 to 4 hours your body will start to use your food for energy and not as storage. Therefore your energy levels will be up as well as your body has now become a fat burning furnace.
3.) Eat Breakfast: This is what I would say 75% of my new customersdo not do. The word breakfast is actually 2 words. Break and Fast which you do when you wake up, you are suppose to break the fast. This is another moment where if you do not eat, your body will go into starvation mode. It is so important that it is a smarter choice to eat a cold slice of pizza in the morning then not to eat at all.That is how important it is to eat Breakfast. I am by no means telling you to eat that way but making a point. The better choice your breakfast is, the more likely you are not to consume bad food and will most likely chose healthier foods. So the 1st couple hours from when you wake up is considered breakfast time. You will speed up your metabolism by 25% just by eating Breakfast. Just think how many calories you will burn by just eating. It does not get easier than that.So here is to your health. You can DO it! I believe in you!
