Protein diet.

This diet will allow you to lose from three to eight kgs for two weeks. But take into account that if after it you come back to your food habits and in particular to consume much sugar, salt, alcohol, farinaceous foods and sweets, you will gain your former weight very quickly. 2nd day — a black coffee, a rusk, grilled or boiled fish, salad of fresh cabbage and vegetables with oil, 200 grammes of boiled lean beef, a glass of kefir
3rd day — a black coffee, a rusk, 1 roasted vegetable marrow, apples, 2 boiled eggs, 200 grammes of boiled lean beef, salad of fresh cabbage with oil
4th day — a black coffee, 1 raw egg, 3 big boiled carrots with oil, 15 grammes of cheese, fruits
5th day — raw carrots with lemon juice, a big fish, fried or boiled, a glass of tomato juice, fruits
6th day — black coffee, a half of boiled chicken, salad of fresh cabbage or carrots, 2 boiled eggs, raw carrots with oil
7th day — a tea, 200 grammes of boiled beef, fruits, choose a supper of any previous day, except the day before yesterday
8th day — the same ration of the seventh day
9th day — a black coffee, a half of boiled chicken, salad of fresh cabbage or carrots, 2 boiled eggs, raw carrots with oil
10th day — raw carrots with lemon juice, a big fish, fried or boiled, a glass of tomato juice, fruits
11th day — a black coffee, 1 raw egg, 3 big boiled carrots with oil, 15 grammes of cheese, fruits
12th day — a black coffee, a rusk, 1 big vegetable marrow roasted in oil, apples, 2 boiled eggs, 200 grammes of boiled beef, salad of fresh cabbage with oil
13th day — a black coffee, a rusk, fried or boiled fish, salad of fresh cabbage and vegetables with oil, 200 grammes of boiled beef, a glass of kefir
14th day — a black coffee, 1 boiled egg, salad of boiled cabbage with oil, a glass of tomato juice, fried or boiled fish

The guarantee of success is in moderation and transition to a correct food allowance after the diet.

Do not forget about physical exercises: with their help it is possible to fix results of the diet for many years. This diet is constructed by a principle of protein food – a lot of meat and fishe. Vegetables and fruits are present too, but their quantity do not counterbalance the quantity of proteins so, the body receives very little carbohydrates. Therefore it is not recommended to use this diet constantly, to make it a basis of food for long time. It is meant for two weeks, not longer. I would not recommend this diet elderly and too stout persons – proteins raises coagulability of blood, and the risk of formation of blood clots increases. But such diet will perfectly suit to young active women.
