To Successfully Lose Weight, Should I Set My Target High Or Low?

There have been plenty of advises (including my advise as well) to set your targets within reach, instead of trying to reach the stars by promising yourself to lose X amount of weight in X amount of days.

Fruit of thought, does this work? How many people have manage to stick to a lower target and successfully lose weight?

How about going against the trend? Instead of aiming low, how about aiming high and set yourself amazing targets that questions yourself if you can really achieve your targets.

Maybe lose 20lbs in one week, or 40lbs in 1 month? Maybe once you set yourself high targets to accomplish, you will force yourself to work harder, workout smarter and more motivation to achieve your targets.

So give it a try. Write on a HUGE piece of paper on your goals to lose how many pounds within how many days and months and stick it on your wall. Make sure you see that target everyday to constantly remind yourself.
