Boot camp exercises give you a quick and efficient way to get your body into condition while losing fat and training from home. A properly developed boot camp workout will incorporate components of strength, conditioning, and endurance while keeping the pace fast for cardio conditioning. You can get a Free Boot Camp Workout right here or keep reading to learn more about them. Boot camp workouts enable you to have one of the most well rounded workout routines possible. By simply exercising from home you are able to achieve immediate fat loss as well as muscular conditioning without actually touching weight equipment or traveling to the health club.

Here is a exercise routine to obtain a fast total body work out doing a circuit with bodyweight exercises. Most bootcamp exercise courses are based on bodyweight exercises because of the capability to do them anyplace without having equipment. Our bodies must utilize a lot of stabilizers to go through the range of movement which will not only firm up more muscles but will also burn more energy giving a great fat loss benefit. Fat loss workouts do not have to be dull aerobic sessions. Bootcamp workout routines are more interesting through challenging one’s body as well as your mind by making oneself push harder.

Boot Camp Exercise #1 – The Pull Up

The pull-up is really a phenomenal part of a boot camp exercise regime especially if you’re actually working out to go to the armed forces. The U.S. Marines will have you pulling yourself up a bar daily to strengthen your arms and back. This is a functional strength exercise that is essential to provide you with strength for climbing up ropes and pulling one’s body over rough terrain. If you workout from home and you don’t have a pull-up bar to pull your self up on get an Iron Gym pull-up bar.

The deluxe model supports several grips and it fits perfect into a door. Put it up in the door during your workout and take it down immediately after. I suggest doing pull-ups at least 2-3 times per week to strengthen the upper body. You will feel this bodyweight exercise working your upper back muscles, your biceps, rear deltoids, and even your abdominal muscles will get sore from the stabilization of pulling your self up.

Boot Camp Exercise #2 – Push-ups and all Variations

Everybody knows the push-up. It’s a part of every bootcamp exercise program and it is what can help build your chest, shoulders, triceps, and once again your stomach muscles will be a stabilizer with this movement. Keep your entire body in a straight line when performing the push up and hands a little wider than shoulder width apart. Lower your body down slowly and push up explosively to further improve power and strength development. If you can’t do that many push-ups do as many as you can and switch to a kneeling push-up.

There are a number of grips and widths you can use for push-ups as you get more advanced. A closer hand grip works your triceps more intensely to build your arms. Then when you can do normal push-ups relatively easily start adding a bigger challenge with feet elevated pushups. Put your feet up on a chair or bench and while continuing to keep your body aligned do them slow and controlled.

Boot Camp Exercise #3 – Y Squat

Now it is time to add lower bodyweight exercises to the circuit. The Y squat will now give you an opportunity to work your glutes, hams, and quads while once again your core will be working as a stabilizer. Stand with your feet shoulder width apart and your arms up in the air forming a really wide Y. Now sit back into a deep squatting position careful to not lean ahead. If you lean too far forwards you will begin to feel the weight on your toes and balls of the feet. Shift your weight back to your heels and drive from the glutes when coming back to the starting position.

Boot Camp Exercise #4 – Planks

The plank is a great exercise that not only works the abs but the entire core from the hips to the lower back and obliques. I remember back in martial arts training when I was a teenager my instructor called this exercise “The Iron Bridge” and we would hold for as long as possible.

You’ll start this exercise by lying face-down on the ground or a pad with your elbows placed beneath your chest. Then you will prop yourself up onto your elbows and forearms while keeping on your toes. Always keep a flat back and do not let your hips sag down. Hold this for 30 seconds if you can but if you’re new to this exercise you might have to begin with a few reps of 10 seconds which will most likely be all it takes to really feel your muscles working and possibly have some soreness the very next day.

Start Your Boot Camp Workout at Home

These 4 exercises can actually be grouped together as a circuit performing one immediately after another resting about 15 to 30 seconds between exercises based on your degree of cardio fitness. Go through the whole circuit Three to five times or time your self and see how many times you can go through it in 12 to 15 minutes. This is simply one example of how to use boot camp exercises to set up your own Boot Camp Workout at home. For more boot camp exercise drills visit my site which has more information and programs on boot camp exercises as well as a free boot camp workout.

If you’re one of the millions of folk that desire to start the new year off right but just do not have time to move to the fitness center you don’t have to worry because there’s a solution just right for you. Body weight exercises are 1 of the most effective methods for Fat Burning Workouts. Look at how the military shapes up their recruits so quickly using bootcamp exercises for fat burning workouts. This works exceedingly well as I personally lost thirty pounds in thirteen weeks at Marine Corps Boot Camp back 18 years ago.

I now teach body weight exercises as a great alternative to using weight equipment in between writing about Internet Marketing. Lifting weights is nice for some individuals but others simply don’t have the money to invest in home equipment or time to set aside to make it to the sports club. You can stay lean plus fit with loss of fat workouts from your own home.

Why Body weight Exercises are so Effective

Here is the quick skinny on how bootcamp workouts burn fat fast. Once you put your body into positions forcing it into specific movements without the stabilization of a machine you force more muscles to work synergistically which burns more calories. In addition there is a whole lot of core work involved that might indirectly work your abs. Even when you are in a push up position your abdominals are worked in order to stabilize the body.

By switching to different body weight exercises every 30 seconds to a minute the body has a tough time adapting plus getting really efficient at performing the movement with less energy. After all just the switching body positions into another position specifies calories plus forces the muscles to work in new planes of motion. When you do the identical exercise like the stationary bike for 30 minutes your body can adapt quickly and find highly efficient at the movement so that it is able to perform it plus burn fewer calories. The human body was made to adapt to all stimuli plus become more efficient. By using bodyweight exercises you can throw off the speed that your body adapts plus keep the calorie burning high making them excellent fat loss workouts.

The reasons why people sometimes are too lazy to exercise are because it’s tiring and individuals don’t want to get all sweaty in the outdoor. However, sometimes people ignore the factor that they are exercising while they didn’t realize that they are exercising at the moment. People are concerned with fitness information but they never take the first step in doing it. Let’s take a look at few ways to get fit while having fun!

1. Exercise with a buddy.
Sometimes people need a little push or at least needs a companion. Exercising with a buddy or family will really help. This is because exercising with partners will let you forget that you are exercising for fitness and your mind will think that you are hanging out with your friends. After some work out, you can get something to drink later and have chance to do some catching up with friends or gossiping.

2. Listen to your favorite music
Appliances these days are developed to all kinds of needs and sizes. They are designed smaller and smaller these days. In fact, some are designed to help people in exercising like iPod Nano and Nike sports watch. With the small iPod Nano, you can listen to it while jogging at the park. Who says you can’t have fun while exercising?

3. Sign up for a class.
In the world today, there are new trends for gym and healthy classes. All over the world, there are new classes and gyms opened to provide people with an amazing workouts and time table for healthy life styles. They will show you on how to work out regularly and correctly, prepare your diet sheet and the best of all; they will provide you with all the facilities that you need to practice. The bad thing is, you have to fork out some extra money for their services.

4. Get intimate
If you have a partner or if you’re married, there are a lot of things you can do with him/her. The easiest is to make love. Sex is one of the safest type of sport (not sure why men and women use the term sport here) and one of the most effective exercise that can help your healthy life back on track.Needless to say, intercourse is enjoyable too and gives you a maximum pleasure!

5. Get a Wii-fit
This is the most simple and most entertaining of all. The Wii Fit game console from Nintendo is one of the most popular game consoles in the America. This is because you’re not only having fun playing the games, but games like Wii Fit, tennis, boxing, wrestling and others require you to play the game like you play it in real life. Not only that, you can exercise with Wii Fit from the comfort of your home. No need to feel ashamed or scared to think that individuals will see you sweating like a pig when you training at the parks!

If you’re looking for more information on good health tips, make sure you read a lot of health magazines and publications. You also need to remember to practice a healthy menu and work out regularly.

If your Ex-girlfriend has said that the love has died and terminated your relationship – you may well feel disappointed and hurt at unfulfilled promises or dreams. Visions of what you planned to do together may still be on automatic play-back loop in your mind’s eye; or you may be repeating conversations you previously had wondering: “Where did it all go wrong?” Or: “How could I have made it right?”

Along with the thoughts might well come thoughts of ‘making yourself better’ or ‘improving yourself’ in order to win them back. This may well be a natural thought process after the departure of an Ex, however, there will come a time when you will have to pull yourself together and come to the conclusion that no amount of analyzing is going to bring your Ex back; and no amount of wishful thinking will recover what you feel you have lost.

If you really feel that you have reached the end of the line then in order to gain more clarity and push yourself out of your comfort zone you will need to ask yourself this question: “Should I really put energy into trying to get someone back (who evidently doesn’t want to be with me) or galvanize my energy to forget about Exs and into moving on with my life?”

The choice is a simple one with two possible outcomes: moving forward or remaining stuck. Contrary to popular beliefs (which in my opinion place far too much emphasis on the power of our emotions in these matters) it is indeed possible to put our minds to the task to forget about Exs as soon as we deem ourselves ready and willing. The mind actually has the ability to forget about Exs as soon as you give it the instructions to do so. Learn more about how to forget about Exs here.

If you are feeling a little confused or stuck, the following questions may well assist you to gain clarity:

1. What will I gain by continuing to think about my Ex?
2. What will it cost me to continue to think about my Ex?
3. What will I gain if I forget about Exs and move on?
4. What will I have to do to come to terms that it is over?
5. What do I want to do with the next chapter of my life?

Mastering mind techniques to assist you to forget about Exs is not complicated and can take a surprisingly short amount of time. Ultimately, you will want to get to the place where ,‘YOU’ are at the top of your mind’s agenda and thoughts of your goals, desires and wants become the top priority and master of your thinking time.

Click here for an excellent tool to help you forget about past relationships in just 24 hours, reduce bad memories and gain confidence for a bigger and brighter future.

Part II
As I stated in Part I of this article, there is quite a bit of misinformation floating around in today’s society as it relates to health and wellness. Because of that, I am going to try and shed some light on a few additional myths still alive and kicking!

Myth #5 – Machines are a safer way to exercise than free weights.
Although it may seem as if an exercise machine automatically puts your body in the right position and helps you do all the movements correctly, that’s only true if the machine is properly adjusted for your weight and height.
Unless you have someone knowledgeable determine what the right settings on each machine are for your size, you can just as easily injure yourself on a machine as you could if you work out with free weights.

This is not to say that there are not risks associated with free weights that are not present with machines, but there are opportunities for injury on machines if not properly utilized. Free weights if used with proper form and correct weight can be just as safe and safer on some exercises where it is better to have a normal, non-restricted range of motion.

The key to exercise safety is form, tempo and weight, irrelevant of whether you are using barbells, dumbbells or machines.

Myth #6 – When it comes to working out, you’ve got to feel some pain if you’re going to benefit from the training. No Pain = No Gain.
Simply untrue and to be honest CRAZY! This might be the most potentially harmful of all the silly rumors out there. Pain is your body signaling that something is wrong.

While you can expect to have some degree of soreness a day or two after working out, this soreness should be a very from feeling any pain while you are working out. Fitness activity should not hurt during. If it does, then chances are you are either performing the exercise incorrectly, or you have already injured yourself to some extent.

As for “working through the pain,” not advised. If you experience pain during a workout, stop, rest, and see if the pain goes away. If the pain does not go away, or if it begins again or gets worse after you start to work out, see a doctor as soon as possible.

Pain is not a requirement for a good, productive workout.

Myth #7 – Running is the best way to get fit.
For some, maybe. For everyone, absolutely not. There is no single best way that fits all. It is more important to do what you like or you will almost certainly find a reason to quit. While running is beneficial, it is NOT a requirement to get fit. It can however, if it is something you enjoy, be a valuable part of your fitness routine.

Myth #8 – If you’re not working up a sweat, you’re not working hard enough.
Sweating is not necessarily an indicator of exertion. Your body sweats as a way of cooling itself. It is possible to burn a significant number of calories without breaking a sweat.
