<p>After trying diet after diet I just wasn&#8217;t seeing any results, Ok now I&#8217;ll be honest I saw results but the wrong type I didn&#8217;t lose weight I actually gained weight, can you believe that!. I was literally starving myself and still I was gaining weight (I&#8217;m sure you all have tried those programs were you only have water or juice for days, after which you stuff yourself full of food you missed out on to only end up gaining back the weight you lost plus some!) What a joke!</p>
<p>Not to mention all the different exercises for abs I did sometime as many as 500 a day yet nothing, nip, nader not even a kilo lost or even a sign of my abs, still the same old gut plus a few extra pounds for my troubles what an insult!.
