Top Appetite Suppressant : Hoodia Gordonii

As far as I can remember, I never had success with an OTC appetite suppressant with artificial ingredients. I also didn’t get to try a prescription appetite suppressant since I wasn’t really obese but just a little overweight so I couldn’t get my doctor to prescribe me some but instead, suggested some other natural ways to suppress my appetite. My main problem was every time I didn’t get enough sleep, I was always hungry the following day. I wanted to eat every hour and when I tried to ignore it, I had this feeling of light headedness and a headache. When I had a good night’s sleep, the hunger wasn’t that frequent, but still I couldn’t reduce my food cravings, and it was kind of like, “chain eating”, if there’s such a word.
When I craved for some sweets, I always tend to eat something that was the opposite, like salty food. So on one hand I have a bag of chips, and the other, a handful of chocolate nuts. When I finished eating the sweets, my taste buds immediately wanted for something salty, so I ate some of the chips, and it was a vicious cycle. I had to devour it all in one sitting otherwise I couldn’t get myself to concentrate on more important things like work. I had to satisfy my food cravings and get it done for the day. I always needed a fix.
I realized I had to try an over the counter appetite suppressant to see if it worked and it actually did for a while. I bought a relatively known brand with harmful ingredients and since I was unaware at that time I didn’t give a crap. I just wanted to eat small meals. I think the synthetic ingredient that was present in OTC medications was eventually banned and I noticed that it only worked for a few weeks until it eventually stopped working. Later on, It was then that I realized that these appetite suppressants that have artificial ingredients are likely to decrease the appetite-suppressing quality after a few weeks of use. So for me it was kind of useless since I haven’t really adapted to my new healthy eating habits.
Anyway, I researched more about appetite suppressants and stumbled upon Hoodia Gordonii, a cactus-like plant which is actually a succulent from South Africa. I was certain that this was the real stuff and bought three bottles right away, and guess what, did it work for me? Well, not exactly. Hoodia Gordonii has been proven to work, there’s no question about that, plus there are no adverse effects side effects to these supplements. The only problem was I didn’t investigate thoroughly and realized later that 80% of these products didn’t have actual Hoodia Gordonii in them. The three bottles that I bought were fraudulent since It didn’t reduce my food cravings.
Right now I’m using a different brand and so far, I have lost 12 lbs in 6 weeks, and a lot of it comes from healthy eating and exercise with the help of course of Hoodia appetite suppressant.
