Looking for some fruits to spruce up your boring diet breakfast routine?
How about adding some berries to your breakfast. Other than adding colors to your boring bowl of oatmeal, berries like raspberries actually contain proteins, iron, vitamin B and zinc to build your body defenses against cancer and heart diseases as well. Oh yeah, more importantly (somehow people do not view cancer and heart disease as important) , you can prevent obesity too!
A few ways to enjoy your berries:
- Make them your breakfast partner with the oatmeals
- Mash all the berries into a smoothie. Ice-cold preferred personally.
- Mixed some berries into your yogurt and it will make it bearable for friends who do not like to eat yoghurt.
