Six Pack Exercises At Home That Can Be Done Anytime

Doing your six pack exercises at home is by far the quickest and easiest path to washboard abs. Fortunately your abs are one of those muscles that don’t need weights to get developed. All you need to perform these simple exercises is your own body weight and a place to lie down. So let’s get started!
Reverse Curl: Lie flat on the ground have your hands either straight down your side or above your head. Bend your legs at the knees at a 90 degree angle so that your knees are over your hips. Now bring your knees to your chest by using your stomach muscles. Hold and return to the starting position. Repeat.
Bicycle Kick: Get into the same starting position as the reverse curl. Lie on your back and bend your knees at 90 degrees so that your thighs are pointing towards the ceiling. Now push your legs back and forth like you’re riding a bicycle. At the same time rotate your torso by moving your armpit up towards the knee.
Toe Touch: Lie down on your back and extend your legs and arms towards the ceiling. Curl upward and slowly lift your head and shoulders. Try and reach as high as possible with your hands. Hold and return to the starting position. Repeat.
Make sure you do these six pack exercises at home in a consistent routine. In each ab workout you should do about 2-3 exercises. This should only take about 10 minutes. Also remember that getting abs isn’t as simple as doing effective exercises. Yes you’ll develop your stomach muscles but if you don’t reduce your body fat percentage to a low enough level, your abs aren’t going to show.
Therefore I highly recommend you do these six pack exercises at home in combination with a cardio and healthy eating schedule. Don’t groan at this concept because that really is the only path to a healthy six pack. Why don’t most people have six packs and why does it look so good? Because it takes a lot of work. So don’t be lazy, and don’t be like everyone else. Put in the work, and more importantly, enjoy it! Healthy eating doesn’t have to be a chore and neither does cardio.
