This will limit the quantity of preservatives, artificial flavorings, fat and sugar thrown into your meals.

9. There is no need to rush to prepare your own meal. This method will save you money and you can have total control to what you add to your meals.

10. Perform fitness training three times per week. This will keep up your metabolism and shape your body.
