How to get Fast Abs
Diet/Lifestyle
If you have seemingly tried everything, and have still not yet achieved the abs that you have always wanted. Then I suggest you take a long hard look at your dieting and lifestyle. Dieting can make or break having a six pack. If you want to stay up late every night snacking on Cheese Nips and drinking beer then be my guest. But you will not get your abs. I promise you. In order to get the abs you want, you have to be willing to sacrifice.
First, your diet. Hopefully by now you have grasped that this IS an important part of this whole deal. But lets get to it. You want a six pack? Then this is what you need……..you ready? Just eat. Your probably asking yourself what the hell is he talking about. Well I’ll say it again. Just. Eat. But not junk, no Doritos, no pop(or soda. hahahah), no gummies, no candy. At least not all of the time. Okay, but are you ready for the kicker? Your diet must consist of a high ratio of proteins. They are essential to kick start your metabolism and get the fat burning. Chicken and Tuna are EXCELLENT sources of protein. Personally they are all that I choose to eat when I want to cut up (protein based of course). Other good sources of protein are Fish, steak, turkey, eggs, cottage cheese, etc. Next, you need carbohydrates. I know that all those fitness magazines are telling you, “You need to cut carbs” “No carbs”, but ask yourself, why? Exactly, why would you cut your body of it’s most used energy source, doing this will only slow your metabolism as it attempts to make up for this deficit. And then what do you get? The Fat. Last, fats. Yes, you need fats too. But not saturated and unhealthy fats!! We are talking about Omega-3’s. And vegetable fats. They are very healthy and beneficial to anybody who is trying to lead a fitness based lifestyle. So, to wrap this up. Take your body weight, and multiply that by 15. That is your base caloric intake. You need to eat that about of food everyday(in calories). That calorie amount should be in a ratio of 30:50:20. That is: 30 percent from carbohydrates, 50 percent from proteins, and 20 percent from fats. Stick to the good foods, eat the right amount of them, and no more than one cheat day per week, and I promise you, that you will be on your way to six pack abs.
