Consume Fatty Foods And Still Lose Weight

Do you know that salads can help you lose weight in multiple ways? By eating a salad along with all your meals, your metabolic rate will increase, which in turn will help you burn fat fast! However there’s another alternative in salads helping you lose weight, something you might not be aware of! Consuming Junk food alone is not okay, but if you eat salads with Junk foods, you will be able to set-back any further weight gain!
You maybe are wondering how salads can help you so much, especially when you have tried almost all the available fad diet plans out there and still failed miserably. Well, all of this occurs when two chemicals interact with each other. Do you know why you became overweight? Yes, the obvious answer is that you became overweight because of intaking Junk foods.
But why would your weight increase by eating Junk foods? Your weight will increase because the foods you consumed such as soft drinks, beef, starch, dairy foods, etc., are rich in acids. These acids would have destroyed you if left ‘as is’ inside your body. In order to save you from death, the acid is attach to fat in your body, neutralized them and stored them as fat deposits inside your body!
Now, as a matter of fact, green veggies such as salads are plentiful with alkalin. Alkaline is the worst enemy of acids. As soon as alkaline goes into your body, your fat deposits are cleanse from your body. This way you will be burning more fat and losing more weight fast! So, in order to make your weight loss goals go by fast, you will need to consume more veggies!
Remember what I said about it is very important that you eat vegetables when you eat junk food. Whenever you enter a fast food restaurant, ask the waiter to serve you with some salads, along with the regular food. Since salads contain alkaline, it will neutralize the acids contained in the Junk foods, thereby preventing any further weight gain!
If you want to lose weight, but don’t want to stop eating Junk food, start making it a habit to eat vegetables along with your Junk foods. Plan your meals in such a way that at least 70-80% of your meal consists of fresh veggies and fruits while the rest can be prepared meal! Planning your meals in this way will enable you to lose weight very quickly! Remember to eat your vegetable with your Junk food to help you lose weight. The more veggies you consume, the faster you will lose weight, which can result to you having the body of your favorite celebrity!
