For long term lean body and health success you’ll need to make eating healthy foods and doing exercises your lifestyle.

Eat 5/6 meals every 3 waking hours, eat a lot of vegetables, eat organic meat, eat enough fruits, fish and nuts for their healthy fats.

Do the right exercises. I feel always sad when I see or hear someone is doing hundreds of crunches or other exercises to flatten the stomach. Too bad most people waste so much time on doing exercises like these that bring no results.

Yet another reason why fad diets don’t work. They restrict you from eating one or more of the important macronutrients your body needs.

You can’t spot reduce fat, it’s impossible, especially your stomach fat. The abdominal fat is the last fat you will burn so why focus on crunches to burn abdominal fat if you still have fat on other parts of your body, it’s just a waste of time.

First of all you don’t need to workout every day, 4 and for some even 3 days a week for 45 – 60 minutes a day is more than enough. Your body needs those other days to heal itself, to heal all the muscles you’ve been working out.

As a matter of fact you’ll burn the most fat when you’re resting than during the workouts, providing you’re doing the proper workouts.

The key is to increase your resting metabolic rate and fat-burning hormones so your body keeps on burning fat for even up to 48 hours after you’ve been working out.
