Tokyo Fitness: New Website Offers Revolutionary Way To Stay Fit

May 1, 2009 – One of Asia’s top personal trainers, Pete Carey has launched a new website and blog offering a unique take on winning the fitness battle in life and introducing a revolutionary new fitness code designed to offer dynamic wellness and fitness training programs, motivational and education workshops, and team building events to individuals, families, schools, companies, conferences, and business meetings across Japan.

Contents for this unique Tokyo fitness blog will be taken from Pete’s personal experience and presence as a top fitness expert in Japan, including his own experience and training in triathlons, bodybuilding, power lifting, Judo, swimming, football, volleyball, tennis, softball, racquetball and squash among other activities.

“I have designed a new code of ten powerful principles that, when combined with a regular fitness regime, will help everybody from beginners to fitness professional to improve their overall fitness and conditioning,” said Pete.

6.) A STRONG HEART IS A HAPPY HEART.

7.) GOOD ENERGY IN EQUALS GOOD ENERGY OUT.

8.) REST IS IMPORANT FOR BOTH BODY AND MIND.

9.) I WILL REMAIN DEDICATED TO ACHIEVING MY FITNESS GOALS.

10.) I WILL ENCOURAGE OTHERS BY MY EXAMPLE.

“Our goal is to help members lead a less stressful and more enjoyable and productive life,” said Pete. “We are also looking to create new group training courses to help people become both more flexible and stronger. These courses will be both formal and informal in nature and can be designed for various groups to include groups of friends and people from the same company.”
