I have had clients ask me how they can lose weight fast because they want to pursue their dreams of becoming a model. They wanted to use hypnosis for weight loss to help them with their goal. I have some experience working with regular models and supermodels, so I thought I would give you some insight into how to lose weight fast and how to avoid the traps that such a demanding lifestyle can have. There are 3 specific things you want to target in order to get yourself into model ready shape.

First Things First

First off, you’ve got to identify what it is that you’re doing that made you out of shape in the first place. You’ve got to look over your daily behaviors and start to notice the patterns you have with regards to eating and activity and exercise. Start a journal and write down those things you think are problematic. It could be eating too much, the wrong foods, not getting enough physical activity, or even a physical imbalance or abnormality.

Change Starts Here And Now

Next, you’ve got to change those behaviors. Check your journal and figure out what are the behaviors that will put you in control. They will be the behaviors that most likely will be opposite of those behaviors you’ve identified in your journal. These behaviors could be eating small amounts of food. Eating slowly, drinking plenty of water. You can target just one behavior at a time. Just work on changing one behavior a week. Now’s the time to set up the boundaries and guidelines of what you will allow yourself to do and not do. Get used to setting yourself up above the crowd. Get used to standing out. After all, models, by their very nature are above the norm. Use that trait to keep you from accepting the unhealthy behavior that is part of the modeling industry.

Hypnosis For Easy Lasting Change

And the best and most rewarding part of this process involves learning how to use hypnosis to lose weight. First learn how to guide yourself into the hypnotic trance state. You can do this easily by just sitting in a chair and relaxing your self to a dream like state. Then target the behaviors you’ve agreed to change and use a visualization technique to see yourself either doing the behaviors that you now want to do, or avoiding the behaviors that you don’t want to do. You can start off with some simple self hypnosis lessons to reprogram your mind to accept and continue to behave in healthier more weight friendly ways. As you continue to eat right and exercise right, you build the lifelong habits of health. This grows to be a physical as well as mental habit, conditioned to easily take over in a healthy and unthinking way. So as you can see hypnosis and weight loss fits together nicely with a model weight loss program.
