Radical Diet

Here to your attention are two diets. Both are rigid ones. Still if you are looking for any reasonable ways to lose extra weight, then you would probably pay attention to them.

Duration – 14 days.
Weight loss – up to 10 kg.
Difficulty – 4 points (on a five-point system).
Adaptation – 2-3 days.
This diet is quite effective and is designed for two weeks. Be patient – you will really need it. Without the consent of the doctor is not recommended. All meals should be distributed to four intakes: in the morning, at lunch, 3-4 o’clock p.m., in the evening, water is advised – drinking or mineral one, not strong tea without sugar.

First week

Monday
3 eggs or 5 medium sized potatoes.
Tuesday
100 g low-fat cottage cheese with sour cream, 200-250 g of kefir or sour milk, water.
Wednesday
2 small apples, 0,5 l kefir, 1 liter of fruit juice.
Thursday
400 grams of boiled beef or chicken meat, unsweetened tea and (or) 200 g kefir.
Friday
1 liter of mineral water, 0.5 kg of apples or pears. If you decide to lose weight in the winter, instead of fresh fruit you can use dried fruit that you want to put in boiling water.
Saturday
300 g of kefir, milk or sour milk, 3 boiled potatoes.
Sunday
0,5 l kefir and mineral water.

Second week

Monday
200 g boiled beef, 1 egg, 2 small tomatoes, drinking or mineral water.
Tuesday
2 apples, 100 g boiled beef, a salad of tomatoes and cucumbers with vegetable oil, unsweetened tea (you can use saccharin or other sweetener).
Wednesday
100 g boiled beef, 70 g of rye bread, 2 apples or pears.
Thursday
2 eggs, 100 g boiled beef, 150 g of rye bread, 0.5 liters of kefir, water.
Friday
0,5 l kefir, 3 boiled potatoes, apples (not bolee 500 g).
Saturday
300 g of boiled chicken meat, 2 medium cucumber, 2 eggs, tea.
Sunday
Mineral water, 4 boiled potatoes, 2 apples, 200 g of kefir.

Ballerinas’ Diet

First day of discharge:
Breakfast – a glass of tomato juice
Lunch – 2 cups tomato juice and a piece of black bread
Dinner – a glass of tomato juice.

The second day of discharge:
Breakfast – a glass of milk or yogurt
Lunch – 2 cups of yogurt and a piece of black bread
Dinner – a glass of milk or a glass of kefir.

Third day:

Breakfast – 100 grams 0% low-fat cottage cheese and a glass of warm milk, 1% -3% or kefir.
2 breakfast – a cup of coffee, a piece of bread with butter, a teaspoon of honey
Lunch – eat a tablespoon of boiled rice. Then drink one cup of broth and eat a piece of meat, not more than 150 g.
Snack – orange or apple. When hungry, and you can do both.
Dinner – two hours before bedtime drink a glass of warm milk or yogurt with one teaspoon of honey.
