So what type of food is healthy to eat? The first thing is you should drink lots and lots of water. Water is extremely healthy, after all it is a building block of life. Our bodies are made mostly of water. Don’t drink any soft drinks, coffee, or alcohol. These drinks are very bad for you and contain unhealthy things. Juice is okay to drink but it has sugar so you should not drink too much of it. Stick mostly to water.
Stop eating fast food but you also need to eat better at home. You will need to buy healthy foods at the store. No more candy, potato chips, frozen pizza, etc. Also eating frozen meals like lean cuisine or healthy choice is also bad. That stuff isn’t really healthy. You need to eat food that doesn’t have a shelf life. Live fresh foods are what you should be eating. Some examples would be fruits, vegetables, eggs, lean meats from a deli like turkey or chicken. Those are just some examples, Also make sure that you prepare your food properly. Eggs are healthy but don’t fry them in butter. Hard Boil your eggs.
Another vital step in losing that belly fat is learning to exercise properly. All you really need to do is get out there and walk everyday. Walking is very healthy. You need to walk a few miles per day. It is not that hard and if you get out there and do it and you are eating right you will start to lose weight. Another method to lose weight and exercise is to ride a bike. Riding a bike can be fun. Whatever you do for exercise do something. Combining exercise with proper eating you will lose that belly fat that you want to get rid of.
