How To Lose Tummy Fat For Moms And Girls

I don’t why but a lot women, even I did it, think that most workouts are meant for men and not for us women. They think women can’t do workouts with barbells etc. But these are the workouts women should do more if they want to lose weight.

There are a lot of full-body multi-joint workouts women don’t do that lead to the increase of the metabolism rate and fat-burning hormones.

Instead a lot of women who want to lose tummy fat are doing the wrong workouts if they even do one. They focus too much on ab specific exercises and these are the last exercises you should be doing.

I’ve been there and I know it doesn’t work to lose fat and I’ve found what does work and on behalf of all the women who want to lose fat and get lean I’m writing this article to show YOU that there is a way to lose that fat.

What I want to talk about with you is Mike Geary’s book “Truth About Six Pack Abs”. Now don’t think this is only about getting six pack abs it’s actually more on how to lose fat and it doesn’t matter if it’s tummy fat, back fat or fat on your legs or hips what Mike talks about works and it works good.

The fact is 60% of “truth about abs” readers are actually women!! Although there are some workouts in the book where you will training with barbells you don’t have to be frightened the movement of the exercises are one of the most result-producing and body-changing you will ever seen, regardless of how much weight you can handle.

If you want to have visible abs you’ll need to get below 16 – 19% body fat to see them and the only way to get a low body fat like that is by doing full-body multi-joint workouts and a healthy diet.

Don’t get me wrong it’s not a diet where you will starve yourself it’s more of diet where you can ‘eat as much as you like’ but wisely, you’ll choose your food wisely.

In Mike’s book he explains why diets like low-fat and low-carb don’t work or don’t work in the long run to lose fat with proven facts trust me it’s really great marketing these low-fat and low-carb diets have.

For example the low-carb diets limit your consumption of important carbohydrate sources, and although people might lose some weight with these diets they also cause a loss of lean muscle which lowers your resting metabolic rate thus making you gain fat in the long run.

Mike Says “eating fat does not make you fat! That is, as long as you eat the right kinds of fat without overdoing the quantity.”

Besides a list of the right full-body workouts The Truth About Abs covers a whole section about eating healthy foods and how to make a right balance between the choices you make to eat.

And Mike has made it very easy for us girls by learning us exactly how to make a balance between eating healthy and doing workouts.

Although I’m very happy with my results with his book I’ve got really overwhelmed with the information provided in this book but that’s perhaps also the reason why his program works to lose fat.
